Project MANAGER

Remedy is looking to hire a Project Manager to join our team! At this point, we work on all of the things: commercials, corporate work, product campaigns, training videos, music videos, and really anything in between. We’re a small team by choice, but we work hard and fast—so staying organized and on top of everything we have going on is important. This has become increasingly difficult during busy seasons when the number of projects and amount of todos on each of our team members’ plates start piling up, so we’re excited to bring someone onboard who can “own” these projects and make sure nothing is falling through the cracks.

We’re a video company yes, but we’re actually very okay with the candidate not having much (or any) video experience. We’re working off the assumption that a good project manager should be able to manage any sort of project, whether that is building a house, throwing a dinner party, or producing a video. You’re going to deal with all sorts of personalities of our clients, so someone who is able to have a conversation with anyone and put people at ease is that trait that can be hard to quantify but one we’re hoping to get from this candidate.

We’re looking for someone who can anticipate problems before anyone else, is very good with managing lots of emails and requests thrown at them, someone who can take multiple documents and schedules and call notes and make sense of it all...that sort of thing.

Here are some traits that seem to speak to what we’re looking for:

  • Organized

  • Good communicator

  • Problem-solver (good at thinking on your feet)

  • Process-focused

  • Trustworthy

As a part of Remedy, you’ll wear a number of different hats on the projects we take on throughout the year. Some projects you’ll be the main point person, while other times someone else on our team will either help out or lead. Regardless of the project, if you’re wanting a place to grow and continue your career as a project manager, we’d love for Remedy to be where you do that!
